Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea below us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and unbroken calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The outcome is harder to put into words than it is to sense.

Three open-air dining levels facing west, arranged so that no two tables ever face each other directly. The golden hour here lasts about forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years now.

“Cuisine that stands with Europe's best. Each plate deliberate, each flourish purposeful.”
“An uncommon address that reads as luxurious yet never distant. The team is what sets it apart.”
“Flawless from the curb to evening turndown. I barely had to ask for a thing all week.”
Raised one room at a time.
When we opened in 1987 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one rule: guests are not units of revenue, they are people we have invited home. 39 years later we have 60 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and the rule has not shifted an inch.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. We have, over 39 years, chosen one and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct about what good looks like. That is not something a building can produce on its own. It comes from people.
We hope you will come and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so that the next 39 years surpass the last.
